According to Lahovnik (2000), M&A is considered as one of the most prevalent approaches of organisations in todayââ¬â¢s global businesses. The incorporation of local market into international economy, improvement of financia l market along with liberalisation and deregulation procedure strongly supports the approach of M&A.
